GLS series probability screen is a new type of screening equipment, its running track is a straight line, also known as linear probability screen. A plurality of layer of screen surfaces with large inclination angle are adopted, that inclination angles of the screen surfaces are sequentially increase from top to bottom, and according to the probability theory, the size of a screen hole is about 1. 2-2.2 times of the required screening granularity, so that the screening efficiency and the processing capacity are improved to a great extent.
Probability screen is a new type of screening equipment with high efficiency, and its screen box runs in a straight line. This series of probability screen is a successful example of the organic combination of probability theory and engineering practice. Its brand-new design concept, unique structure and screening principle have achieved nearly perfect screening effect of the probability screen, which has broad application prospects.
The probability screen is designed by our company by introducing advanced technology from Germany and Spain, fully demonstrating and optimizing the actual situation and use environment of our country. Compared with ordinary screen machines, this series of screen machines have very high screening efficiency and are widely used in multi-level classification of building materials, mineral processing, metallurgy, chemical industry and other industries.
This series of screening machine is divided into three to six layers, which can meet the separation requirements of four to seven products, and can also screen one product in multiple layers to achieve the effect of large output. The screen box is divided into anti-corrosion type (stainless steel) and ordinary type. The screen surface is a steel wire woven mesh.

How it works

Probability sieve is a kind of sieving machine which actively uses the principle of probability sieving. The sieving theory points out that the retention time of each object in its interior is inversely proportional to its size and weight. Through practical experiments, it is found that when the particle size is far less than cavity, it can quickly penetrate the surface of the sieve. The closer the particle is to the cavity diameter, the longer the retention time is. If the diameters of both sides are close to each other, the retention time of the particles is long. Generally speaking, the retention time of the large particles is long, and the retention time of the small particles is short.

When the screening machine is started, two symmetrically arranged vibration motors or vibration exciters of the same model and specification run synchronously and reversely, and the generated exciting force is transmitted to the whole vibration body-screen box through the vibration body-motor or vibration exciter base, so that the screen box drives the screen surface to vibrate periodically, and the materials on the screen surface move in a directional jumping way along with the screen box, The material smaller than aperture of the screen surface falls to the lower layer through the screen holes to become the undersize, and the material larger than aperture of the screen surface is discharged from the discharge port after continuous jumping motion to complete the screening operation.

Scope of application

Building materials industry: dry mortar, machine-made sand, natural sand, quartz sand, perlite, dolomite, calcite, potassium feldspar and other stone powder and mineral powder.

Food industry: classification of granular white sugar, crude salt and edible salt.

Other industries: screening particle materials with aperture of 0.5 ~ 10 mm, and the loose density of materials > 0.8 is preferred.

Product features

(1) Appearance structure: closed multi-layer design, up to five layers;
(2) High efficiency: the output of the vibrating probability screen is 3 ~ 6 times that of the ordinary screen in the screening of the coarse sand section of machine-made sand and natural sand, and the output of a single machine can reach more than 80 tons, which solves the dilemma of the original layout of many equipment on the production line.
And (3) screen structure: the screen surface of the screen is designed to be in an arc state, the external ratchet wheel can easily control the screen surface to be tight and not loose, and the service life of the screen can reach 60 days.
And (4) the operation is simple: the rear end and the front discharge port of the equipment are all designed to be removable, so that each layer of screen which needs to be replaced can be quickly replaced from any side of the front and rear sites.
(5) Environmental protection: The upper cover of the equipment is designed with a dust removal device, which can be easily connected to the on-site dust removal equipment.
(6) Maintenance: There are three points for the maintenance of the equipment: first, the vibration motor shall be oiled regularly; second, all fastening bolts of the product shall be tightened regularly to ensure that no loose resonance occurs; third, the wear state of the screen shall be observed regularly, and the screen shall be replaced in time.
(7) Commissioning and installation of the equipment: the equipment is transported and installed as a whole, and the adjustment of the equipment only needs to adjust the amplitude according to the screening conditions of the materials on site.
