Product introduction
GT-series trommel screen is a special screening equipment developed by our company for power plants, coking plants, building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, mining and other industries. It overcomes the problem of screen clogging caused by circular vibrating screen and linear screen when screening wet materials, improves the output and reliability of the screening system, and is well received by the majority of users.
The drum screening machine is a new generation of self-cleaning screening equipment after the vibrating screen and the ordinary mesh drum screen produced by our company. It is widely used in the screening of various solid materials with a particle size of less than 300 mm. It has many characteristics, such as high screening efficiency, low noise, small dust, long service life, small maintenance and convenient maintenance. Its screening capacity is 60 tons/hour to 1000 tons/hour. At present, comprehensive utilization power stations (mainly circulating fluidized bed boilers) which mainly burn low-quality coal have sprung up rapidly in China.Coal ores and slime-based fuels are usually sticky, wet, dirty and miscellaneous, and the coal handling system generally has the phenomena of screening machine blockage, low screening efficiency, large abrasion of crusher and high energy consumption. The cage drum screening machine, because of its unique structural characteristics, completely and effectively solves the shortcomings of other types of screening equipment, and is the selection screen type for comprehensive utilization of power stations.

How it works
The roller screen is composed of five parts of a hexagonal roller, a frame, a funnel, a reducer and a motor. After the crushed stones enter the drum, the materials are screened by the centrifugal force and jigging action of the drum rotation. Are screened out one by one through screens with different meshes. The stones of different specifications are screened out and then fall into the belt conveyor through the funnel and are sent to the finished product stockyard. On the one hand, it is screened with the rotation of the drum, and the material is screened by the centrifugal force and jigging action of the drum rotation. On the one hand, the stones with large particle size flow forward along the slope of the drum and are gradually screened out through screens with different mesh sizes. The small stones are sifted out and fall into their respective funnels, and then transported out manually or by gravity to the finished product pile.
The roller screen is a roller with a shaft, a shaftless roller screen and a hexagonal screen.
