Introduction
ZSG series mining heavy-duty vibrating screen is a new and efficient screening equipment developed by our company. It is mainly used in metallurgy, mining, coal, building materials, power, chemical and other industries, especially in metallurgical industry. It is a common screening machine under blast furnace trough, coking plant and concentrator. The machine adopts new energy-saving vibration motor or vibration exciter as vibration source, rubber spring support and vibration isolation. It has the advantages of large processing capacity, high screening efficiency, convenient screen replacement, simple installation and maintenance, etc.
Working principle and structure
The mining heavy duty vibrating screen is driven by the self-vibration source of the vibrating motor, so that the screen body periodically reciprocates along the direction of the exciting force, and the material moves parabolically along the linear direction on the screen surface, thus achieving the purpose of screening.
The mining heavy-duty vibrating screen is composed of vibration source, screen body, screen mesh, damping device and bottom support. The side plate of the screen machine is made of high-quality steel plate. The side plate is connected with the beam and the base of the vibration exciter by high-strength bolts or ring groove rivets. The structure is reasonable and durable.
