The K-type reciprocating feeder uses the crank and connecting rod mechanism to drag the bottom plate with a downward inclination of 5 ° to do linear reciprocating motion on the roller, so as to uniformly discharge coal or other loose granular and powdery materials with small grinding and viscosity from the feeding equipment to the receiving equipment.
K-type reciprocating feeder is suitable for bulk material transfer in mines, coal preparation plants, intermediate stations, coal handling workshops, port bulk material terminals, etc., and can transfer bulk materials evenly to belt conveyors or other screening equipment and storage devices through section bins or directly. To realize the uniform feeding of bulk materials such as ore, sand coal and grain, the equipment body is installed under the hopper, and the transmission device is suspended. According to the feeding amount, it can be divided into K1, K2, K3, K4 and other models.
The reciprocating coal feeder is applicable to the transfer and transportation of bulk materials in mines, coal mines, coal preparation plants, intermediate stations, coal handling workshops, port bulk terminals, etc., and can evenly transfer the bulk materials to the belt conveyor or other screening equipment and storage devices through the silo. Realize the uniform feeding of bulk materials such as ore, sand coal, grain and the like. The feeding trough of this series of feeders is driven by a crank and connecting rod device for linear reciprocating motion. When the feeding trough moves forward, the material is removed by the action of inertia force and friction force. At this time, the material in the hopper falls down, so that it can not retreat and is unloaded at the front end. The transmission device of this series of feeder is of suspension type, which can be directly arranged under the hopper and is easy to install.
The reciprocating coal feeder has the advantages of uniform and stable feeding, adjustable feeding amount, small height, simple structure, convenient adjustment and installation, reliable operation and long service life.

(9) The driving device is symmetrically arranged, and double push rods are adopted, so that the force of the whole machine is balanced, the transmission is stable, and the torsion phenomenon when the bottom plate reciprocates is eliminated.
Bottom plate is provide with a vertical rib plate and is supported by three long carry rollers, so that the rigidity of the bottom plate is ensured, and the defect that the bottom plate of the existing reciprocate feeder is bent and deformed during working is eliminated.
(11) The lining plate is made of small wear-resistant steel plates, which is not only easy to replace, but also can replace the worn lining plate according to the actual wear situation, so as to make rational use of materials and reduce maintenance costs.
