A-belt feed, also known as A-belt coal feeder, is a kind of raw coal feed equipment, which is that equipment in the clean coal production line. The modified machine has the advantages of stable operation, high speed, low noise and good explosion-proof performance, belongs to an environment-friendly product, has high efficiency, energy saving, low cost and large feeding capacity, can reach thousands of tons per hour, and is a common model. A belt feeder adopts the principle of belt conveyor. The conveying power is a combined stepless speed reducer motor. The belt speed can be adjusted manually or by frequency converter as required.
A belt feeder is a new type of product developed, which has the advantages of small operating power, light weight, large feeding amount, stable feeding amount, convenient adjustment, low noise, small amount of maintenance, and strong versatility of components, and can be used to replace the feeder currently in use. The invention overcomes the defects of the reciprocating type and vibrating type feeders which are widely used in the feeding system at present, changes the discontinuous feeding mode into the continuous feeding mode, changes the constant feeding amount into the dynamic continuous adjustable feeding amount according to the requirements of users, and enables the feeding system to better meet the requirements of high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection.

During the operation of belt a feeder, the main load of the system is supported by rolling bearings, so the operation resistance is small, the driving power required by the equipment is small, and the working life of each part of the system is long.
