Introduction

Structurally, the core components are multiple groups of parallel cylindrical rollers, and the gap between the rollers forms an adjustable screening channel to meet different needs. The equipment is supported by a high-strength steel frame to ensure stability; The drive system is a variable frequency motor with chain drive or gear drive, which can adjust the speed of the roller shaft through frequency conversion to control the speed of material processing.
When working, the motor drives the chain wheel to rotate through the reducer and the coupling, and drives the roller to rotate synchronously. After the material falls to the screen surface, it moves to the discharge end with the roller shaft, the small material falls into the material receiving device through the gap, and the large material is discharged from the discharge end to complete the screening.
How it works
Because the screen shaft is arranged according to different working angles, the speed is higher when the material runs at a position with a higher working angle; When the material runs at a lower working angle, the speed is gentle. The materials running at two different speeds begin to move axially when they meet at a certain position on the screen surface, and the screen surface can evenly arrange the material layer and effectively improve the screening efficiency.

Main structure
