Introduction

Debris separator, also known as multi-stage linkage roller screen, referred to as roller screen, is a sorting device that effectively separates materials of different sizes and shapes through the rolling of disc rollers. By adjusting the clearance of discs, materials with large size differences can be effectively separated.
Roller screen is an efficient equipment for material classification and separation, which is widely used in mining, coal, metallurgy, power plant, construction and other industries. Its core function is to separate materials of different particle sizes through physical screening, provide qualified materials for subsequent processing and transportation, and replace traditional feeders and vibrating screens to simplify the production process.
Structurally, the core components are multiple groups of parallel cylindrical rollers, and the gap between the rollers forms an adjustable screening channel to meet different needs. The equipment is supported by a high-strength steel frame to ensure stability; The drive system is a variable frequency motor with chain drive or gear drive, which can adjust the speed of the roller shaft through frequency conversion to control the speed of material processing.
When working, the motor drives the chain wheel to rotate through the reducer and the coupling, and drives the roller to rotate synchronously. After the material falls to the screen surface, it moves to the discharge end with the roller shaft, the small material falls into the material receiving device through the gap, and the large material is discharged from the discharge end to complete the screening.

How it works

Because the screen shaft is arranged according to different working angles, the speed is higher when the material runs at a position with a higher working angle; When the material runs at a lower working angle, the speed is gentle. The materials running at two different speeds begin to move axially when they meet at a certain position on the screen surface, and the screen surface can evenly arrange the material layer and effectively improve the screening efficiency.

Field of application

Mining industry: used for ore screening and processing, extraction of valuable ore.
Coal industry: used for screening and conveying separation of coal, such as coal gangue separation. Compared with the traditional vibrating screen, the fine roller screen is not easy to be blocked during the classification of wet caking coal, can ensure the processing capacity and screening effect, and has no vibration, low noise and good sealing and dust isolation in the operation process. In the construction industry, it is used to classify and recycle recyclable materials in the construction waste treatment.
Environmental protection industry: It is used to separate recyclables and non-recyclables in the classification and treatment of urban garbage.
Agricultural field: in the screening and processing of grain and feed, extract good grain and feed.

Main structure

The structure of fine grain roller screen mainly includes screen drum, screen shaft, screen mesh, transmission device and base. The screen shaft is provided with a plurality of screen plates or screens for screening materials. The drive is responsible for driving the rotation of the screen shaft, while the base supports the whole equipment.
