Product introduction

GS series high frequency vibrating dewatering screen is mainly used for fine particle dewatering and classification, and recovery of slime or tailings. This series of dewatering screen adopts seat type or flange type vibration exciter, which is supported by two motors for reverse self-synchronous rotation, so that the screen body makes periodic reciprocating motion along the straight line direction, thus achieving the purpose of graded dewatering. The screen frame is connected by high-strength bolts, and the screen surface is composed of arc section and straight section, so the structure is firm and durable.
The dewatering screen is mainly used for dewatering, desliming and medium removal. It can be used for sand washing in sand and stone plants, slime recovery in coal preparation plants, dry discharge of tailings in ore dressing plants, etc. Therefore, it is also called sand and stone dewatering screen, mining dewatering screen, slime dewatering screen, tailings dewatering screen, etc.
Tailings dewatering screen is also called tailings dry discharge screen. In addition to various excellent performances and functions of ordinary dewatering screen, tailings dry discharge screen is often used with thickener for tailings dry discharge, which is a very good dewatering screen and tailings dry discharge equipment at present.

How it works

The dewatering screen adopts double electrode self-synchronization technology, universal eccentric block and adjustable amplitude vibrator. It mainly consists of a screen box, a vibration exciter, a supporting system and a motor. The belt coupling drives two unconnected vibrators to operate synchronously and reversely, and the centrifugal forces generated by the two groups of eccentric masses are superposed along the vibration direction and counteracted reversely, thus forming a single exciting vibration along the vibration direction to make the screen box do reciprocating linear motion.

Product features

(1) Reasonable structure and high processing precision.
(2) Overall strength and rigidity of the screen frame are high, and the service life is long.
(3) Screen effect is good, and the use efficiency is high.
