Product introduction
ZXS · DZSF series linear vibrating screen uses the excitation of the vibrating motor as the vibration source, so that the materials are thrown up on the screen and move forward in a straight line. The materials evenly enter the feed inlet of the screening machine from the feeder, and produce several specifications of oversize and undersize through the multi-layer screen, which are discharged from their respective outlets. The utility model has the advantages of low energy consumption, high yield, simple structure, easy maintenance, fully closed structure, no dust overflow, automatic discharge, and is more suitable for assembly line operation.
How it works
The linear vibrating screen is driven by double vibrating motors. When the two vibrating motors rotate synchronously and reversely, the exciting forces generated by the eccentric blocks offset each other in the direction parallel to the motor axis and form a resultant force in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis, so the motion trajectory of the screen is a straight line. The two motor shafts have an inclination angle relative to the screen surface, and under the action of the resultant force of the exciting force and the self-gravity of the material, the material is thrown up on the screen surface and moves forward in a jumping manner in a straight line, so that the purpose of screening and grading the material is achieved.

It has the characteristics of low energy consumption, high screening efficiency, simple structure, easy maintenance and no dust overflow in a fully enclosed structure. And is suitable for realize automatic operation in an assembly line. The maximum screening mesh number is 400, and 10 kinds of materials with different particle sizes can be screened.
