Product introduction
Embedded scraper conveyor series products are widely used in metallurgy, building materials, electric power, chemical industry, cement, port, wharf, coal, mining, grain and oil, food, feed and other industries and departments. The embedded scraper conveyor is a kind of continuous conveying equipment which conveys bulk materials by means of moving scraper chains in a closed huge section shell. Because the scraper chains are all buried in the materials when conveying the materials, it is called the embedded scraper conveyor. The machine has the advantages of simple structure, good sealing performance, convenient installation and maintenance and flexible process arrangement, can not only horizontally convey, but also obliquely or vertically convey, and can be used singly or in combination with a plurality of machines; It can add more materials and unload more materials. Because the shell is closed, the working environment of workers can be obviously improved and the environmental pollution can be prevented and controlled when large, toxic, explosive and high-temperature materials are conveyed.
Structural features
(1) The equipment is usually used for horizontal conveying of granular and powdery materials, and can also be used for inclined conveying within an angle of 150 °.
