Product introduction

The disc feeder is suitable for the feeding equipment of fine ore below 20mm. The disc feeder is composed of a driving device, a feeder body, a belt conveyor for metering and a metering device. The feeder and the belt conveyor are driven by a set of driving device. The electromagnetic clutch of the driving device has the function of starting, stopping and function conversion of the feeder. The belt speed of the metering belt conveyor is less than 1m/s. In order to measure the belt speed, a speed detection device is provided. In order to prevent the weighing roller from deflecting, a detection rod is provided for adjustment.

The disc feeder has the advantages of compact design, simple structure, convenient adjustment, reliable use, small maintenance amount and low noise, and is a systematic feeding device for cement plants, chemical industries, power plants and other departments, and can also be used as a feeding device for non-viscous materials in other industries. The disc feeder is of suspended structure. DB is a closed structure, dustproof and dustproof, but the adjustment and operation are all in a closed shell, which is not intuitive enough. DK is an open structure, suitable for materials with little dust, and its operation and adjustment are intuitive and clear.

How it works

This machine is divided into open suspension type (DK), closed suspension type (DB), open seat type (KR) and closed seat type (BR). The motor used is divided into AC motor and speed regulating motor. When the speed regulating motor is used, the price difference shall be made up. (KR has no adjustable speed motor). The steel plate (condition plate) on the plate feeder is divided into three types: 45Mn2 \ Mn \ steel plate "G" and diabase condition plate "H", indicating the type. (There is only one type of KR transmission).

Equipped with torque limiting hydraulic coupling, it can be started with full load and has overload protection.
