Product introduction
Vibrating feeder is also called vibrating feeder. In the production process, the vibrating feeder can feed the massive and granular materials from the storage bin to the receiving device uniformly, regularly and continuously. In the sand and gravel production line, it can feed the crushing machinery continuously and uniformly, and screen the materials roughly. It is widely used in the crushing and screening combined equipment of metallurgy, coal mine, mineral processing, building materials, chemical industry, abrasive and other industries.
ZKG series heavy-duty vibrating feeder is used at the lower part of the ore tank of the large car dumper or at the lower part of other large silos, so that the materials in the ore tank and silos can be discharged evenly. Compared with the traditional feeder, it has the advantages of light weight, less investment, long service life and less maintenance. Compared with the general vibrating feeder, it has the characteristics of large bearing capacity, starting with material and strong resistance to material impact, and has been widely used in the feeding operation under the ore tank of train dumper and other ore tanks and silos.
How it works
The ZKG series heavy-duty vibrating feeder is installed on the seat. The feeding trough is excited by two vibrating motors fixed on both sides of the trough body. The two vibrating motors rotate in opposite directions and make the trough body reciprocate in a straight line by means of tool self-synchronization. After the materials enter the tank body, they are quickly loosened and moved to complete the feeding operation.
The supporting spring of the trough body is a specially designed component suitable for the heavy feeder. Each fulcrum is composed of the main and auxiliary springs, which can adapt to the working conditions of pressing and starting.
The amplitude of the heavy feeder can be adjusted by adjusting the adjustable eccentric block on the vibration motor.
