Product Introduction
NE type plate chain bucket elevator is a new type of elevator product developed by introducing foreign advanced technology, which is used in various industries. Because of energy saving and high efficiency, NE type plate chain bucket elevator is gradually replacing HL type chain elevator. NE type plate chain bucket elevator is an inflow type feeder. When the material flows into the hopper, it is lifted to the top by the plate chain and discharged by itself under the action of material gravity. The main technical parameters conform to the standard of the Ministry of Machinery (JB3926-85).
NE type plate chain bucket elevator adopts gravity loading and gravity unloading. The chain is made of high-quality alloy steel with high strength plate chain, which is wear-resistant and reliable. The hard gear reducer is used as the driving part. NE type plate chain bucket elevator is a lifting equipment with plate chain and gravity induced unloading. It is suitable for vertical conveying of powdery, granular and small block abrasive or non-abrasive materials, such as raw materials, cement, coal, limestone, dry clay, clinker, etc.
How it works
NE series plate chain bucket elevator is an inflow type feeder. When the material flows into the hopper, it is lifted to the top by the plate chain and discharged by itself under the action of material gravity. This series of hoist has many specifications (11 types from NE15 to NE800), wide hoisting capacity, high production capacity and low energy consumption. The hoist adopts a fully enclosed housing with low chain speed and almost no material return, so it has low reactive power loss, low noise and long service life.
