Introduction

ZSW vibrating feeder is an industrial linear vibrating feeding equipment, which is mainly used in mineral processing, building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry and other industries, and undertakes the functions of continuous and uniform feeding at the front end of the coarse crusher and coarse screening of materials. The equipment adopts a vibrating frame and a double eccentric shaft vibration exciter structure, and generates a synthetic linear exciting force through motor driving, so that materials can slide, throw and move forward in the tank body, and at the same time, the grading and screening of materials can be realized through the gap between grids.

Features and Advantages

The vibration is stable and the operation is reliable. Special grid bar design to prevent material clogging. The grid bar gap is adjustable. There are many wear-resistant parts. Prevent the wear-resistant parts from being worn by small materials, separate the small materials and increase the output. The frequency conversion motor can be selected to adjust the frequency, so as to change the output, facilitate the control of the feeding amount, and eliminate the need to start the motor frequently.

Installation and maintenance

a. If the feeder is used for batching and quantitative feeding, it shall be installed horizontally to ensure the uniformity and stability of feeding and prevent the material from flowing by itself. If the feeder is used for continuous feeding of general materials, it can be installed with a downward inclination of 10 °. For viscous materials and materials with high water content, it can be installed with a downward inclination of 15 °.

b. The installed feeder shall be provided with a 20mm travel clearance, which shall be horizontal in the transverse direction, and the suspension device shall be flexibly connected.

c. Before the air test, all bolts shall be tightened once, especially the foundation bolts of vibrating electromagnet, which shall be re-tightened after running for 3-5 hours.

d. During the test run, the two vibration motors must rotate clockwise.

e. During feeding, the stability of amplitude, current and noise shall be checked frequently during operation, and the machine shall be stopped in time in case of any abnormality.

f. The vibration exciter shall be filled with lubricating oil once every two months, and once every month in high temperature season. (Subject to actual working conditions)
