Main Structure
TSS dewatering screen is mainly composed of supporting device (base and damping device), screen box and vibration motor.
1. Supporting device: The screen body is supported by four supporting devices, and each supporting device is composed of a rubber spring, a fixed screen body card, a spring guide seat, a spring support, etc. The rubber spring is an indispensable component in the damping device, which reduces the dynamic load of the screen body on the foundation.

Trial Run
(1) During the test run, observe the collision between the screen box and the chute and the discharge port.
(2) The test run shall not be less than 2 hours. During this period, careful observation and inspection shall be carried out. After the screening machine is started, the operation shall be stable and the amplitude shall be stable.
(3) When the screening machine is running, the screen box shall not swing laterally. If this phenomenon occurs, the reason is that the height difference of the four supporting seats is inconsistent or the welding of the supporting part in the manufacturing process of the screening machine is not standard.
(4) If the vibration motor makes abnormal noise and the temperature rises sharply in a short time after the test run, the machine shall be stopped immediately, and the motor, bearing, eccentric block and other parts shall be checked and handled. If the sieve plate makes noise, check the condition of the pressing device of the sieve plate and press it tightly, and restart the sieve machine after the fault is eliminated.
(5) Check the electrical control equipment to ensure the normal operation of the control equipment.
(6) After four hours of no-load test run, the installation of the screening machine shall be checked and accepted, and the problems found shall be dealt with in time.
