Main Structure

TSS dewatering screen is mainly composed of supporting device (base and damping device), screen box and vibration motor.

1. Supporting device: The screen body is supported by four supporting devices, and each supporting device is composed of a rubber spring, a fixed screen body card, a spring guide seat, a spring support, etc. The rubber spring is an indispensable component in the damping device, which reduces the dynamic load of the screen body on the foundation.

2. Screen box: The screen box is composed of screen frame, screen plate and pressing device.
Screen frame: It is welded by side plate composed of high-strength steel plate and reinforced angle steel, steel pipe, angle steel, channel steel, etc., and the bracket supporting the screen plate is welded on the inner side.

 

Screen plate: the screen plate of the single-layer screen is made of stainless steel strip seam welded mesh screen plate, with the width of the strip seam of 0.3mm, 0.5mm, 0.6mm, etc., which can be selected according to the dehydration requirements of customers; The lower sieve plate of the double-layer sieve is the same as that of the single-layer sieve. The upper sieve plate is generally made of stainless steel woven mesh, or stainless steel welded mesh and polyurethane sieve plate.

Installation and Trial Operation

Installation

When installing the TSS dewatering screen, the foundation shall be level, and the spring support parts of the four supporting devices shall be installed on the foundation and fixed with high-strength bolts, and rubber springs shall be installed. The fixed screen box is clamped on the four supporting seats of the screen box (its function is to prevent excessive swing of the screen body when the screen machine starts to run and stops), adjust the distance between the front, back, left and right, and place the screen box on the four rubber springs. Adjust the four supports so that the front and rear supports are at the same level.

Trial Run

Before operation, some necessary checks should be done to ensure that the vibration motor rotates flexibly. The wiring between the vibration motor and the control box shall be correct, that is, the two vibration motors (with the same power and speed) must rotate in opposite directions (and rotate synchronously and relatively), but not in the same direction.

(1) During the test run, observe the collision between the screen box and the chute and the discharge port.
(2) The test run shall not be less than 2 hours. During this period, careful observation and inspection shall be carried out. After the screening machine is started, the operation shall be stable and the amplitude shall be stable.
(3) When the screening machine is running, the screen box shall not swing laterally. If this phenomenon occurs, the reason is that the height difference of the four supporting seats is inconsistent or the welding of the supporting part in the manufacturing process of the screening machine is not standard.
(4) If the vibration motor makes abnormal noise and the temperature rises sharply in a short time after the test run, the machine shall be stopped immediately, and the motor, bearing, eccentric block and other parts shall be checked and handled. If the sieve plate makes noise, check the condition of the pressing device of the sieve plate and press it tightly, and restart the sieve machine after the fault is eliminated.
(5) Check the electrical control equipment to ensure the normal operation of the control equipment.
(6) After four hours of no-load test run, the installation of the screening machine shall be checked and accepted, and the problems found shall be dealt with in time.
