GLS Series Probability Screen: An Innovative Force in the Field of Screening
In the field of industrial screening, the traditional vibrating screen is difficult to meet the dual needs of modern production line for efficiency and accuracy because of its limited processing capacity and easy blockage of screen holes. Ⅰ. Probability screening principle: break through the traditional screening logic
The core innovation of GLS series probability screen lies in the breakthrough application of screening theory. The traditional vibrating screen relies on the strict matching of material particle size and screen mesh size, while the probability screen reconstructs the screening process through the probability theory: the screen mesh size is designed to be 1.2-2.2 times of the required screening particle size, and with the multi-layer screen surface with large inclination angle (the inclination angle increases to 60 degrees from top to bottom), the material forms a "rapid screening" effect under high-frequency vibration.
