DZC series motor vibration vertical elevator is a kind of industrial conveying equipment, also known as CZ series vertical vibration elevator, produced by Henan Xinxiang Gaofu Screening Machinery Co., Ltd., which is mainly used for conveying powdery, blocky and short-fiber non-viscous solid materials in metallurgy, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries.
The equipment is composed of a lifting groove, a vibration motor, a damping system and a base. The synchronous reverse centrifugal force is generated by two cross-installed vibration motors to drive the material to be thrown and conveyed vertically in the spiral groove, which has the functions of drying and cooling. Its structure is divided into open type and closed type, which supports the direction of customized discharge port, and the closed design can reduce dust pollution. The technical parameters cover handling capacity (0.3-4.5 t/H), amplitude (6-9 mm), power (0.4-5.5W), etc. It has the characteristics of small footprint, low energy consumption, low noise and easy maintenance.
Introduction
DZC series motor vibration vertical elevator is composed of lifting trough, vibration motor, vibration damping system and base. This series of hoists adopt vibrating motors as the vibration source. Two identical vibrating motors fixed on the hoisting groove are installed with their center lines crossing at a certain angle and are self-rotating synchronously in opposite directions. The eccentric blocks carried by the vibrating motors are rotating at each instant position, and the component of the centrifugal force generated by the rotating eccentric blocks is reciprocating along the throwing direction. The whole machine body supported on the shock absorber continuously vibrates, so that the material moves upwards while being thrown up in the lifting groove, and the material begins to be thrown up after falling into the feeding groove, so that the material can be fully contacted with the air and can also play a role in heat dissipation and cooling. The elevator can vertically convey powdery, blocky and short fibrous solid materials (except those which are sticky and easy to agglomerate), and can also complete the drying and cooling of materials. It is divided into open type and closed type. And can be specially design according to that requirement of users.
The machine has the advantages of small floor area, simple structure, convenient maintenance, optional discharge port direction and convenient automatic operation; The energy consumption is low, the noise is small, and the closed vertical conveyor is beneficial to improving the working environment and reducing the pollution. It is suitable for lifting, drying and cooling materials in metallurgy, chemical industry, rubber, grain, medicine, light industry, food, building materials, machinery, mining and other industries.
