1. Structure is simple, the operation is reliable, and the adjustment and installation are convenient.

6. Gap between the side lining plate, the incline lining plate and the bottom plate is adjustable, so that the size of the gap can be accurately controlled, and material leakage is greatly reduced.
7. The driving device is symmetrically arranged, and double push rods are adopted, so that the driving force of the whole machine is balanced, the transmission is stable, and the torsion phenomenon when the bottom plate reciprocates is solved.
8. Bottom plate is provide with a vertical rib plate and is supported by three long carry rollers, so that the rigidity of the bottom plate is ensured, and the defect that the bottom plate of the existing reciprocate feeder is bent and deformed during working is solved.
9. Llining plate is made of small wear-resistant steel plates, which is not only easy to replace, but also can replace the worn lining plate according to the actual wear situation, so as to make rational use of materials and reduce maintenance costs.

Disc Feeder Classification
1. According to the installation type, it can be divided into suspended type D and pedestal type R.
2. According to the feeding mode, it can be divided into open type K and closed type B.
3. According to the driving motor: Y series asynchronous motor, YCT series electromagnetic speed regulating motor and Z2 series DC motor.
4. According to the relative position of the reducer and the disc main body, it can be divided into type I (right transmission) and type II (left transmission).
5. Common models of disc feeder: open suspension DK, closed suspension DB, open seat KR, closed seat BR and new PDX disc feeder.
